Return Policy
Customers are eligible to return Barbie products purchased from Michigan Barbie Dolls within 20 days of the purchase date.
All materials returned must be saleable, new, unmarked, undamaged and in current edition. This means any barbie doll, doll, or Ken doll, or shrink-wrapped packaging must remain unopened.
Opened shrink-wrapped items, Barbie dolls or Ken dolls packaging are non-returnable. If you send material back and it is in non saleable condition the items will not be returned to you and you will not receive credit.
Refunds take up to 20 days to process after the materials are received at the warehouse.
Returns of goods that was paid using credit card and was pre-approved will have a $20.00 fee for each refund, no matter what was the problem that occur the refund/ return.
Returns of goods that was paid using Paypal there is a fee of 5,8% of the total amount , no matter what was the problem that occur the refund/ return.
If you place an order ( making the payment with credit card/ paypal ) and decided that no longer want the items/ goods, and you want to withdraw the purchase you are responsible for all fees and costs that the refund will occur, Michigan Barbie Dolls are not responsible for any costs that this waiver of purchase will occur.
When making a return, you are responsible for all transportation costs incurred. Materials must be shipped either by UPS Ground or by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation to:
